Can I print the timesheets and submit them to CSI through email or in person?
- Yes, Timesheet’s can be printed through the CareConnect application and submitted to CSI.
Are we required to use CareConnect to submit timesheets?
- No, submission through Careconnect is not required, but encouraged as it is more secure and easier to process. Going digital will help subsidy agencies and providers meet the needs of our families better! Please give it a try, click here to learn how!
When are timesheets due?
- A soon as you have finished care for the month, you can submit the timesheet!
When will I be paid?
- The reimbursement of provider claims is based on the receipt date and its own contracted processing timeline. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or standard holiday, the first countable day for processing will be the next business day, ensuring that all claims are processed fairly and in accordance with the established timelines.
- CDSS and Bridge Attendance Records are reimbursed within 21 calendar days from the receipt date.
- Stage 1 Invoices are reimbursed within 10 business days from the receipt date.
- All other program attendance records are reimbursed within 30 business days.
How do I sign in to CareConnect?
- Use the email you provided to CSI and your password, which is the first four characters of your email and the first 5 digits of your Mailing Address Zip Code. If you do not know your password, select Forgot Password at the login page.
Will there be training for parents on the new system?
- Yes, CSI will provide parents information about CareConnect.
Can I use the Mobile App and the Website?
- Yes, both the app and website can be used to manage attendance and submissions.
What if timesheets are missing from the portal?
- Reach out to support@mcttechnology.com with your information to resolve the issue.
Will the digital submission be available immediately?
- Digital submission will be available: 10/1/2025

Do I need Daily Signatures?
- No! You just need the month-end signature, but you can still use the daily attendance feature if you want to: Student Check-In and Attendance Overview
Do I need to add an Invoice amount or Family Fee?
- Invoice Amounts: Not required when submitting documents, except for Stage 1 claims, where an invoice amount is required.
- Family Fees: If collected, please note the amount on the timesheet when submitting.
