In addition to providing FREE referrals to licensed centers and family child care homes that meet your families’ needs, such as: location, service hours, cost, special needs, and other factors, the R&R department also provides information critical to navigating the, sometimes complicated, child care system. Families participating in California’s welfare-to-work program can receive child care information and assistance from Crystal Stairs' staff located in the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) offices. In need of other support services outside of child care (i.e. housing, health care, etc.)? Crystal Stairs’ staff also provides referrals to other community-based support services.
