Celebrating and Valuing the Crystal Stairs Team

Crystal Stairs has a long, rich history of valuing our employees. Beginning in 1980 with our organization’s founders, Dr. Karen Hill-Scott and Dr. Alice Walker Duff, the decision was made and continued over the years to celebrate the people who serve our community and our clients: the Crystal Stairs Staff.

For this reason, we openly recognize and celebrate important events in our employees’ lives, such as births, anniversaries, wedding announcements, and birthdays. We also present awards to those employees who attain academic achievement, such as graduation from college or graduate school. Other awards presented through our Rewards and Recognition Program include our “Above and Beyond” award, recognizing employees who show extra initiative in their work, and our Yvette Henry “Perfect Time” award.
